Recipe: Crab, Avocado, and Mango Salad

This is one of my favorite seasonal recipes: Crab, Avocado, and Mango Salad. It combines succulent lump crab meat with creamy avocado and juicy mango and is topped off with cilantro, jalapeno, and a fresh, tangy citrus vinaigrette. I love this perfect-for-summer salad for a simple lunch or as an appetizer for an evening meal. I think you'll like how the flavors really pop and how easily it comes together. Enjoy!
