Chicken Cordon Bleu is one of those dishes that you want to serve to company because everyone seems to love it, and it has that fancy feel. It is also surprisingly simple to make. The only problem is that traditional versions are typically loaded with calories.

Recently, I was excited to discover Butterball's new Farm to Family turkey product line that includes no antibiotic ever turkey products including ground turkey and turkey patties. There are three all-natural variaties: ground turkey breast, 93% lean 7% fat ground turkey, and turkey burger patties. All three provide a wholesome eating experience at an affordable price.

But then I realized that taking the take-out route was happening more nights than I intended, and it wasn't doing my wallet or waistline any favors.
